We will avoid conflicts of interests with Managing Agents and Freeholders by ensuring we have contact with a Director or an Officer of the Resident Management Company or Association.
We will undertake not to pay or facilitate a payment of commission to a third party without the insured party’s consent.
All your documents (Certificates, Summaries, Full Policy and Claim Forms) will be available to you 24/7 for reference and/or printing in your very own secure client area of this site. In your secure client area we will also keep you updated re our progress in dealing with any correspondence or contact you have with us.
We will actively seek your feedback re our service and would welcome and indeed reward any suggestions for improvement which are constructive and implemented.
Whilst we are contactable / available during the usual office hours to answer any general questions you may have by telephone we would request that you make contact with us by email. All questions will be acknowledged if not answered within the hour. This will enable us to keep our telephony requirements to a minimum, controlling our overheads which will in turn enable us to pass on to you maximum savings re your premium.
If you have any emergency claims related questions you will of course have a dedicated claims line to call and receive help and guidance 24hrs 7 days a week.
As you will be aware most insurance brokers and intermediaries earn commission on insurance placed and we at RMC Exclusive are no different HOWEVER for clarity and transparency we will be working to a set scale which will be disclosed to you at the time of providing you with a quotation. Any excess commission over and above our scale will be returned to you the client by way of a reduced premium (which is the preferred way as it also reduces the IPT insurance premium tax payable) or as a commission rebate after the premium has been paid.
Whilst we will be managing our overheads / costs efficiently - we will not compromise on the quality / suitability of the product.
During the year we will keep in contact with you by way of an E-Newsletter (optional) and posting interesting information on our website, as well as links to other informative sites.
A key concept of ours will be Risk Management i.e. encouraging prevention rather than a cure re claims. Historic Claims will have a significant impact on the premium you pay from one year to the next.
