Directors & Officers liability Insurance for the Residents Management Company is an ancillary product which meets the demand and need of those who wish to ensure that they and their colleagues, who are Directors or Officers, are compensated for financial loss as arises from any claim first made against them personally, either jointly or severally, during the period of insurance by reason of any wrongful act. Subject to terms, conditions and limitations of the policy.
Engineering i.e. Lift Inspection is an ancillary product which meets the demand and need of those who wish to ensure that the machinery i.e. a lift within the building for which they are responsible is inspected by an approved person in accordance with current legislation.
We only offer products from a limited number of insurers for; Property Owners (Buildings); Directors & Officers Insurance and Engineering. Ask us for a list of insurers we offer insurance from.
We are an independent company and not contractually (with any insurer) obliged to conduct our insurance activities in this way. The insurers currently used are chosen on their merits with regard to price competitiveness, level of cover and standards of service, therefore the names may change from time to time in the future.
We will advise and make a recommendation for you after we have assessed your needs for the above mentioned products. Any advice or recommendations from us re the above mentioned products will be restricted to commenting on the policies available from the selected insurers only and not on the basis of an analysis of the wider market. You will then need to make your own choice about how to proceed. |
